What should I do if my Lilliputiens product is defective upon receipt?
In accordance with the law, our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Case of a product which does not conform to the legitimately expected use or to the description of the seller, to be exercised within two years from the issue of the good) and legal guarantee against hidden defects (Case of a product which contains a hidden defect, to be exercised within two years from the discovery of the defect).
These guarantees are the responsibility of the seller. Thus, in the event that the product was purchased in a store, the warranty is therefore to be exercised, provided that the product is still under warranty, from the seller, the store. Depending on the case, the seller may offer a replacement or refund or resolution of the sale. It is the buyer's responsibility to keep their receipts in order to operate the warranty.

From December 26, 2024, it's inventory time! Shipments will not resume until the beginning of a new year full of surprises!
It is still possible to place orders on our e-shop, during this holiday season, but shipments will only resume at the beginning of next year, from January 5th 2025.
Service requests involving returns of products and spare parts are also affected by these paused activity dates.
You can order until 18/12/24 inclusive for delivery in France and until 16/12/24 in Belgium, Spain, Italy, and Germany. Within these deadlines, your package will be delivered before Christmas.
Currently, we only deliver to Metropolitan France (including Corsica), the Principality of Monaco, Germany, Spain, Italy and of course Belgium.
For any basket over €40 including tax, delivery is free!

Order shipments take place Monday to Friday inclusive (except public holidays).
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number allowing you to know the status of your order with the carrier at any time.
This information will be useful for you to contact the carrier to whom the package was entrusted, regarding a question, a delay or complaint.
Please note, once your order is "being prepared" the delivery address can no longer be modified. For more information, you can consult our FAQ section.
Order delivery addresses cannot be changed once your order is being prepared.
How can I pay for my Lilliputiens online order?
We offer various secure payment options for your Lilliputiens order:
We accept payments by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, or Mastercard) and Bancontact through the secure Payplug system, which ensures the security of the transaction according to the latest standards via the secure PCI DSS platform of Payplug. We also accept payments through PayPal.
It is also possible to pay for an order using the secure PayPal solution.
When making a payment for an order, you will be redirected to the server of the selected payment system, so that encrypted information is transmitted only between you and the interface that will validate the transaction.
After a successful payment, a confirmation page will load, and an order confirmation will be sent to you via email.
Please note that our Lilliputiens online store does not offer the option to pay by check or bank transfer.
