What a joyful hustle in the skies ! This backpack is made from high-quality, water-resistant, PET-recycled materials. The vibrant colors and illustrations stimulate the imagination. In a convenient front pocket shaped like a zeppelin, your little one can store a variety of items. Inside the backpack, there is space to write the owner's name, an elastic band to hold the drink bottle in place, and a storage compartment. The shoulder straps are adjustable, and the chest strap keeps the backpack securely on your child's back. Ideal for outings, hobbies, or going to school.

Sac défectueux la coulisse du sac ne tiens pas donc le sac n’est pas stable sur le dos il y a un défaut sur le sac.

Where can I have a Lilliputiens order delivered?

Currently, we only deliver to Metropolitan France (including Corsica), the Principality of Monaco, Germany, Spain, Italy and of course Belgium.

What are the delivery methods and their prices?

For any basket over €40 including tax, delivery is free!

  • DPD Predict Domicile: Home delivery during time slots, in 2 to 3 working days, at a price of €8.90
  • DPD Pick Up: Delivery to relays, in 2 to 3 working days, at a price of €6.90

Order shipments take place Monday to Friday inclusive (except public holidays).

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number allowing you to know the status of your order with the carrier at any time.

This information will be useful for you to contact the carrier to whom the package was entrusted, regarding a question, a delay or complaint.

Please note, once your order is "being prepared" the delivery address can no longer be modified. For more information, you can consult our FAQ section.

Order delivery addresses cannot be changed once your order is being prepared.

How can I pay for my Lilliputiens online order?

We offer various secure payment options for your Lilliputiens order:

We accept payments by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, or Mastercard) and Bancontact through the secure Payplug system, which ensures the security of the transaction according to the latest standards via the secure PCI DSS platform of Payplug. We also accept payments through PayPal.

It is also possible to pay for an order using the secure PayPal solution.

When making a payment for an order, you will be redirected to the server of the selected payment system, so that encrypted information is transmitted only between you and the interface that will validate the transaction.

After a successful payment, a confirmation page will load, and an order confirmation will be sent to you via email.

Please note that our Lilliputiens online store does not offer the option to pay by check or bank transfer.
